Abdul has so much knowledge about the body and how it functions. It’s really helpful when working with him because he can adjust any exercise to accommodate any previous injuries. He’s serious about his work but also enjoys having a good time and laughing. He makes our sessions fun and the time disappears. I very fortunate to have Abdul as my trainer because I know I’m getting the best program possible.

Will not stop calling despite requesting to be removed from their list multiple times. I went here for a while 15 years ago. I was tricked in to buying a package I didn't need and didn't benefit from. I do not recommend this place.

Prestige Fitness is a well-run, clean, and hygienic gym. My trainer, Greg A, is quite knowledgeable about physical fitness principles, communicates well, and has a keen eye for proper weight technique to minimize any injuries to my 70-year-old frame. I highly recommend GREG and the gym for strength training, improved posture, balance and agility to prevent falls.
