The Prestige Edge

One plan that keeps paying attention.

Prestige Edge is the method behind your personal training: assess where you are, coach what matters, measure meaningful change and adjust the plan as you progress.

A system built around you

Not a stack of services. A clear way forward.

Most fitness experiences ask you to choose a workout and hope it works. Prestige Edge gives your trainer a connected view of your starting point, your coaching experience and your progress. Nutrition, posture, stretch or performance testing enter the picture only when they answer a real question.

How the method works

Assess. Interpret.
Train. Reassess.

You always know what phase you are in, why it matters and what comes next.

01 · ASSESS

Begin with a useful baseline.

Your Longevity Assessment connects body composition, resting metabolism, the NASM fitness assessment, lifestyle and nutrition so your coach can see the real starting point.

02 · INTERPRET

Put a professional beside the data.

Your trainer reviews the assessment in the context of your ability, schedule and priorities so the numbers lead to a useful decision—not another unread report.

03 · TRAIN

Put one coach in the lead.

Your trainer turns the plan into focused sessions, realistic progression and practical actions that fit your current ability and real life.

04 · REASSESS

Measure, learn and adjust.

Relevant body, performance and lifestyle measures help your coach see what is changing, update the plan and choose the next useful priority.

What stays in view

Five things your coach keeps connected.

Your goal, coaching priorities and progress signals stay in one conversation. Your trainer leads the process; specialists contribute when their expertise can clarify the next decision.

What stays connected

Your numbers become a conversation—not a verdict.

A scan or test is only useful when someone can explain it, place it in context and turn it into a practical coaching decision.

Why we measure

See the baseline from more than one angle.

A Styku scan and a resting-metabolism measurement add useful context when your coach interprets them alongside the NASM fitness, lifestyle and nutrition assessments.

Together, these measures help your coach explain the starting point and decide what deserves attention next.

An optional medical layer

When a fitness baseline is not the whole picture.

The separate Premier Wellness Assessment can add physician-directed lab work, a 60-minute physician review and a written assessment. It is available when appropriate; it is not required to begin personal training.
