SOOTH 'N' STRETCH
This class is a blend of restorative practices combined in such a way to reduce stress and pamper your body. Helps prevent injuries by making muscles more pliable. It improves posture by increasing flexibility and range of motion while strengthening muscles. Through deep stretching, foam rolling and other techniques you'll feel your body revitalizing!
Full body strength and cardio/intermediate with beginner options. Community focus. Announcement about wellness events in town, partner exercises, etc.
Spin and Strength is just mini spin sections with strength moves mixed in.
50/50 Functional Fitness
This class is designed to be a full body, high calorie burn, with an emphasis on improved form and technique. Challenge yourself as we go through a 4 week program that will leave you feeling more confident and capable, while you stay accountable.
H.I.I.T. High Intensity Interval Training
This class is for those looking to maximize calories burned while improving cardio stamina and overall strength. H.I.I.T. involves running, jumping, and other high intensity group exercise. Recommended for the experienced workout enthusiast. This class is a challenge, are you up to it?
Tabata style class, usually 30:10 or 45:15 splits. Occasionally 20:10. Personal stations set up, circuit style stations on occasion and also occasional 6 minute AMRAP workouts. Full body toning and strengthening...each circuit always contains an upper body exercise, lower body, cardio, and core.
Same exact style as Body Works but amped up 15-20%
A high-intensity movement practice with a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, plyometrics, and body sculpting primal movement. Through this movement you will burn calories, tone deep abdominal muscles, and strengthen the body! In Indian Marathi, Buti means to cure something that is hidden. Join the Buti Tribe and TRANSFORM!
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music mostly based on latin rhythm fusions. The choreography incorporates the following rhythms: hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, hip-hop, cumbia, flamenco, reggaeton and tango among others. Classes are typically about an hour long and in it, a person can burn between 400-1000 calories depending on the energy the individual puts into the class. The work out is outlined into intervals to give the members the opportunity to bring the heart rate and muscle work back to a comfortable level and then back up again.
GUTS, BUTTS, AND THIGHS
A great class for all fitness levels. This class is based on the concept of functional training. You should expect exercises that specifically target those areas we all want to get stronger, firmer, and toned. This class can help with lower back pain and posture. Body weight and added resistance (medicine balls, elastic bands, tubes, bars, or weights) are used to get those areas fit and trim. We recommend you taking this class at least twice a week in order to get results. This class is also suitable for men.
This is a dynamic, weights free, and fun class that combines Pilates and Yoga moves. When attending consistently, your flexibility and strength will increase, and you will begin to notice a more long, lean, and incredibly defined body. Piyo will make your heart pump faster as flowing from pose to pose. The music we use will give you the edge to continue pushing hard through the class!
F.I.T. 360 (Functional Integrated Training) is a total body workout based on the principles of interval/circuit training. This class combines functional conditioning and cardio exercises to improve your overall fitness in record time. F.I.T 360 will develop endurance, flexibility, strength, and speed. You'll work at your own pace, and plenty of exercise modifications are offered in order to match your fitness level.
SPIN AND STRENGTH
If you are interested in breaking up the monotony, then this class is for you! we'll climb hills, and do sprints on a spin bike to a motivating fat-burning soundtrack. in between, we'll do all kind of fun stuff with weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, your own body weights, TRX, steps, etc. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Focus is for….Older active adults and anyone who's looking to...Activate & Reeducate the bodies natural muscular systems, skeletal system and nervous system by integrating these systems and their performance functions with strengthening techniques…while working in all planes of movement. This will began to allow the Body to promote posture alignment, balance, strength, core strength, coordination, increase muscles flexibility and heart health…thus decreasing the risk of injury.
