  • Posture - An Egoscue posture class designed to help you alleviate your pain levels. Work with our specialists to help you overcome body mechanic issues due to your posture.
  • Chi Gung - Chi Gung practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow-flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind.
